BI Developer

We are strengthening our Business Development Team and looking for an experienced BI Developer / BI Engineer. In this role, you will design and maintain data architectures, master data and integrations across Fortaco.

Working in the position will offer you chances to shape Fortaco’s data strategy and contribute to key decision-making in Fortaco. You will be leading data transformation projects, including data modelling, data warehousing, and visualization.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop BI solutions that provide actionable insights for business and financial management
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of business KPIs and financial data
  • Design and maintain data architectures, master data, and integrations across Fortaco
  • Lead data transformation projects, including data modeling, data warehousing, and visualization (PowerBI and other BI tools)

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BI development, data modeling, data visualization, and system integration
  • Proficiency in PowerBI; experience with SAP and other ERP systems is an asset
  • Ability to leverage AI solutions to identify business opportunities
  • Independent, goal-oriented with strong communication and relationship-building kills
  • Manufacturing industry experience is a plus

The role can be based in Poland or Finland.
