HR BUSINESS PARTNER

We are looking for HR Business Partner to Fortaco factory located in Gruza, Serbia. We offer an interesting task in a multi-cultural, international environment, and good opportunities for developing professional skills in a modern production environment with state-of-the-art technology.

Tasks and responsibilities

Your area of responsibilities includes the following tasks:
• Implementation of the company’s personnel policy and strategy
• Recruitment of job candidates for various positions
• Administrative service connected with hiring employees (referring them for medical examinations, preparing contracts of employment, registration in the social insurance office, registration in the personnel and payroll system)
• Activities related to onboarding of production, administrative and senior management employees
• Customization and implementation of HR processes (including periodic evaluation of employees, job descriptions, training, internships, etc.)
• Take care of the competencies, talent management, successor planning, trainings at site level to enable the business needs
• Monitoring of personnel indicators
• KPI’s metrics
• Cooperation with all departments of the company
• Support safety at work and safe environment
• Monitor and measure employee engagement
• Representation of P&HR department during company meetings
• Participation in job fairs
• Maintain HR systems & Reporting
• Responsible for Payroll processes of the site
• Supports Business Site Managing Director with the labour union relations and employment issues

To be able to convey the tasks successfully we require from the potential candidate the following business skills and personal characteristics:
• University degree
• Experience in a similar position for a minimum of 2 years
• Deep knowledge and experience about country’s labor law and practices
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Very good organization of work
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Good level of English language skills
• Outstanding commitment, reliability and flexibility
• Independent and goal-oriented working style, ability to meet deadlines, prioritize work and handle pressure,
• Demonstrable skills in communication and relationship-building
