Precision steel fabrications for
premium performance

Fortaco has four modern steel fabrication factories in Europe, one in Estonia and three in Poland. We focus on premium quality, delivery accuracy and productivity in our manufacturing operations. We work in close collaboration with our customers to provide a swift response to their needs and market fluctuations. Based on our long history in steel processing, we have established ourselves as a benchmark to our customers.

All kinds of steel components, complete frames, boom structures, and other types of steel structures include in our offerings.

Optimal processes for manufacturability

Our engineering expertise, combined with the state-of-the-art technology ensure the most efficient manufacturing processes with the right quality and the right price and not only meet but exceed the highest standards of durability and performance.

We have best-in-class prefabrication equipment, welding robots, and CNC machinery centers, including painting to offer customers unique and competitive solutions for complex products.

Laser cutting

High-precision cutting technology allows for the creation of intricate and complex shapes and designs with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

Bending

Advanced bending techniques are essential for achieving accurate and consistent results in a variety of applications. Mastering these techniques requires a deep understanding of material properties and precise manipulation, making it a skill that can greatly enhance the quality and efficiency of fabrication processes.

Welding

Our expertise is in commercial and high-strength steel (S235 up to S1100QL), including wear-resistant steel. Professional and skilled welders ensure strong and reliable joints by using various welding methods such as shielded metal arc welding (SMAW), gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW/TIG), gas metal arc welding (GMAW/MIG/MAG), flux-cored arc welding (FCAW), and submerged arc welding (SAW). In addition to skilled welders, we have more than 80 welding robots.

Machining

Precision CNC machining is a highly advanced manufacturing process that utilizes computer-controlled machines to produce detailed and intricate components with exceptional accuracy and precision.

Surface treatment

Protective coatings and finishes for enhanced durability, including wet painting, powder painting and thermal spray processes (Zn, Al, AlMg metallization).
