Fortaco’s steel fabrication and assembly business ownership has changed.

We announced on 15 July 2026 having signed an agreement to sell steel fabrication and assembly operations in Estonia, Poland and Finland to HANZA Group, a Sweden-based global contract manufacturer.

The transaction has been successfully completed on 2 November 2026.

From now on Fortaco is focusing on vehicle cabin business, as the divestment sharpens our strategic focus as an international cabin company with attractive growth opportunities both in Europe and beyond.

With a strong focus on customers, Fortaco is the leading European strategic partner for off-highway equipment OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) worldwide within design, innovative technologies and manufacturing of cabins.
