ISO 9001 – Quality Management System

Tax Strategy, Poland

The information on the implemented tax strategy for the tax year ended 31 December 2023 has been prepared in accordance with Article 27c (1) 1)–(2) in conjunction with Article 27b (2) (2) of the Corporate Income Tax Act of 15 February 1992.

The document describes key assumptions in relation to the tax strategy in Fortaco Wroclaw, pointing out the most important aspects in the tax treatment area. The document needs to be prepared for all big taxpayers in Poland in accordance with tax laws and regulations in Poland.
