Mika Mahlberg becomes Fortaco’s President & CEO and member of the company’s Board of Directors, Lars Hellberg appointed into Fortaco’s Supervisory Board

Fortaco announced on 4 November 2024 that Mika Mahlberg will become the company’s interim President & CEO as of 1 January 2025, when the company’s President & CEO Lars Hellberg retires. It was also announced that Hellberg will become a member of Fortaco’s Supervisory Board.

Fortaco Group Holdco Plc’s sole shareholder OEP 81 B.V., a company governed by One Equity Partners, has on 3 January 2025 made a decision in a matter falling under the competence of the general meeting in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 1(2) of the Finnish Companies Act (624/2006, as amended) without convening a general meeting, stating that as Lars Hellberg joins the Supervisory Board on 3 January 2025, his membership in the company’s Board of Directors ends.

At the same time, Mika Mahlberg, Fortaco’s interim President and CEO, will become the company’s permanent President & CEO on 3 January 2025. At the same time, he will become a member of Fortaco Group Holdco Plc’s Board of Directors.

From 3 January 2025 onwards, Fortaco’s Supervisory Board will consist of Panu Routila (Chairman of the Supervisory Board), Lars Hellberg, Marc Lindhorst, Sebastian Schatton and Markus Sjöholm.
