Fortaco Group’s Annual Report 2024 has been published

Fortaco Group Holdco Plc has published its Annual Report for 2024. The Annual Report includes the Report by the Board of Directors and the Sustainability Statement in accordance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive, the Financial Statements, the Auditor’s Report and the Corporate Governance Statement. The Annual Report is attached to this release and available on the company’s website at https://investors.fortacogroup.com/reports/.

Fortaco Group’s Financial Statements in accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) reporting requirements are published in Finnish. In line with the ESEF requirements, primary statements and notes to the financial statements have been labelled with XBRL tags. The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has provided an independent auditor’s reasonable assurance report on Fortaco Group Holdco Plc’s ESEF Financial Statements in Finnish in accordance with ISAE 3000 (Revised). The audit firm Ernst & Young Oy has also assured the report at a limited assurance level.
