Fortaco Group has acquired 100 percent of Buisard Cabins. A strategic alliance was established at the end of 2021 when a minority share of Buisard was acquired.
With this acquisition, we are now expanding our geographical footprint and position as one of the leading vehicle cabin technology and manufacturing partners in Europe and India.
Our premium vehicle cabin brands Buisard – Fortaco – MauserCABS – Tata AutoComp guarantee high-quality products for our customers around the world.
