Acquisition of Fortaco Group by One Equity Partners from the funds managed by CapMan Buyout, announced on 8 July 2022, has been completed on 30 September 2022. Under the ownership of One Equity Partners, Fortaco will continue to be a leading strategic partner to the heavy off-highway equipment and marine industries offering technology, vehicle cabins, steel fabrications, and assemblies to global OEMs.

We believe this new ownership will facilitate the further value creation of Fortaco for the benefit of its current and future customers and other stakeholders.
